    "description": "Derbyshire County Council Adult Health and Social Care are re-opening their Framework for the procurement of Specialist Residential Care and Nursing Home Placements (under 65 years) for specific geographical areas.  This Framework commenced 1st April 2024, replacing the existing contracting arrangements for all new specialist residential care / nursing home placements.  This includes Emergency Placements and Respite Care.\r\n\r\nThis re-opening is restricted to Providers operating in the following areas only:\r\n\r\n\u2022\tNorth Derbyshire (Bolsover, Chesterfield, High Peak, North East Derbyshire)\r\n\u2022\tSouth Derbyshire (Amber Valley, Derbyshire Dales, Erewash, South Derbyshire)\r\n\u2022\tDerby City\r\n\u2022\tNottinghamshire\r\n\u2022\tNottingham City\r\n\r\nThe Framework is applicable to the following client groups:\r\n\r\n\u2022\tMental Health\r\n\u2022\tLearning Disabilities\r\n\u2022\tAutism Spectrum Condition\r\n\u2022\tPhysical Disabilities \r\n\u2022\tSensory Impairment \r\n\u2022\tAcquired Brain Injury \r\n\u2022\tThose with unpredictable levels of behaviour that challenges services\r\n\r\nThis Framework is not relevant to care home providers with only services for people over 65 years of age.\r\n\r\nIMPORTANT - PREVIOUSLY SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS DO NOT NEED TO RE-APPLY UNLESS THEY WISH TO ADD ADDITIONAL CARE HOMES.
