    "description": "This DPS will provide the public sector with a means to leverage Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, data analytics, and machine learning to monitor the health and conditions of buildings, as well as significantly enhance the management and experience of green spaces. By collecting and analysing data on performance, environmental conditions, and usage patterns, solutions will predict potential failures and schedule maintenance proactively.\r\n\r\nSuppliers appointed to this DPS will harness and deliver Smart Predictive Building Maintenance, Green Spaces and Associated Services solutions. Solutions may include a range of sensors from a range of protocols to collect data on, but are not limited to:\r\n\r\n- Air quality\r\n- Presence\r\n- Noise\r\n- Light\r\n- Moisture\r\n- Water temperature and flow\r\n- Fill Level (Capacity)\r\n- Load\r\n- Corrosion\r\n- Gas and Electricity Consumption\r\n\r\nData collected from IoT sensors across buildings and green spaces provides valuable insights that can inform long-term strategic planning. Public Sector Organisations can use this data to forecast future maintenance needs, budget more effectively, and plan sustainable development projects that align with environmental targets.\r\n\r\nThe DPS will be in two Lots:\r\nLot 1 - Smart predictive building maintenance solutions and associated services\r\nLot 2 - Smart green space solutions and associated services\r\n\r\nApplications may be made to one or more Lots.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThe e-procurement portal that suppliers must use to apply for this DPS has changed to https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome",
