    "description": "Dunstable Town Council seeks a specialist Consultant to work with the Council, the existing design team and other stakeholders to develop and deliver the interpretation and exhibition displays for the re-opening of Priory House.\r\n\r\n\u2022\tLead Interpretation Consultant\r\n\u2022\tLead exhibition design \r\n\u2022\tLighting design\r\n\u2022\tAudio-visual (AV) software brief development \r\n\u2022\tAudio-visual (AV) hardware specification\r\n\u2022\tGraphic design\r\n\r\n\tThe \u0027Interpretation and Exhibition\u0027 is to comprise: \r\n\r\n\u2022\tDevelopment of the Interpretation Plan\r\n\u2022\tBespoke joinery to reveal wall paintings - to be developed alongside the conservation architect\r\n\u2022\tSpecialist lighting design for all exhibition the display areas \r\n\u2022\tAudio-visual (AV) content \r\n\u2022\tAudio-visual (AV) hardware \r\n\u2022\tGraphics\r\n\u2022\tMechanical and Electrical (M\u0026E) supporting services. A separate MEP contractor is working on the scheme, but there would be a requirement for the exhibition works to have input into the overarching MEP plan, in particular specifying any specific electric and data cabling requirements and locations.\r\n\u2022\tStructural considerations in connection with the exhibition works i.e. any specific structural fixings for the wall paintings required to support the exhibition installations\r\n\u2022\tInput into management and maintenance plan update (Heritage Fund requirement) \r\n\r\nInformation to be included within the Tender Submission\r\n\r\n\u2022\tTender Response Form (Appendix B)\r\nIncluding: \r\n\uf0a7\tOutline methodology\r\n\uf0a7\tThree relevant case studies to demonstrate your suitability for this contract\r\n\uf0a7\tCVs of the key personnel included within your proposed team and team structure\r\n\uf0a7\tCopies of Profession Indemnity, Public Liability and Employer\u0027s Liability Insurance certificates\r\n\uf0a7\tCopies of the following policies (if you are able provide):  \r\n\u2022\tHealth \u0026 Safety Policy \r\n\u2022\tEquality Policy \r\n\u2022\tEnvironmental \u0026 Biodiversity Policy \r\n\u2022\tEnvironmental \u0026 Biodiversity Management response \r\n\r\n\r\nTenders must be submitted by no later than 12pm on 24th February 2025.\r\n\r\nQueries should be made to Becky Wisbey via email to info@dunstable.gov.uk and submissions made only to accounts@dunstable.gov.uk",
