Mechanical Sweeping Waste collected during autumn months contains increased levels of organic waste. Mechanical Sweeping Waste from high footfall areas such as central urban areas may have increased levels of items such as bottles, cans, other litter items, etc. within it.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe Council operates two transfer stations, but anticipates only requiring collection from one of the sites (should the contractor collect the waste).\\r\r\n",
