    "description": "1.\tSyston Town Council (\"the Council\") hereby invites tenders for the carrying out of the Service of Cleaning at the Public Conveniences on Melton Road car park, Syston, Leicestershire LE7 2EN in accordance with the Contract documents attached, which comprise of:-\r\n\r\n\tAppendix A\tStandard Conditions of Contract \r\n\tAppendix B   \tSpecification of Works\r\nAppendix C\tCommercial Information  \r\nAppendix D\tForm of Tender\r\nAppendix E\tDeclaration \r\nAppendix F\tSite Plan\r\n\r\n2.\tProspective Contractors should ensure that they are completely familiar with the nature and extent of the obligations to be accepted by them, if their tender is accepted.  \r\n\r\n3.\tAny queries regarding the interpretation of any part of the Contract documents should be addressed to the Deputy Town Manager by no later than 12:00pm midday on Wednesday 4 March 2026.\r\n\r\n4.\tThe tender shall be submitted on the Form of Tender attached at Appendix D.\r\n\r\n5.\tProspective Contractors should note that the Council is not bound to accept the lowest, or any tender and that the Council\u0027s decision is final.\r\n\r\n6.\tThe successful tender together with the Council\u0027s written acceptance shall form a binding agreement in the terms of the Contract documents.  \r\n\r\n7.\tIf having examined the tender documents you wish to submit a tender you should: -\r\n\t\r\n\t(a)\tFully complete and return the following documents:\r\n\t\tAppendix C\tCommercial Information\r\n\tAppendix D\tForm of Tender\r\n\tAppendix E\tDeclaration\r\n\r\n\t(b)\tReturn tenders and all related documentation to: -\r\n\t\tTown Manager\r\n\t\tSyston Town Council\r\n\t\tCommunity Centre\r\n\t\tSchool Street\r\n\t\tSyston\r\n\t\tLeicestershire LE7 1HN\r\n\t\t\r\n\tBy 12:00pm midday on Wednesday 11 March 2026.\r\n\r\n\tTenders received late will not be considered.\t\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(c)\tPlease note that the package containing the tender must be clearly\r\n\tmarked: -\r\n\"Strictly Confidential: - Public Conveniences Cleaning Tender\" on the outside.
