    "description": "The Council require a sole Provider to manage and provide Security services for the Hub located within Durham City Centre. The aim of the Hub is to provide a safe refuge, support, and guardianship to women. It also provides services, support and assistance to anyone in a position of fear, distress and vulnerability within the night time economy. The provision of security is required to safeguard staff and users of the service within the stationary access point.\r\n\r\n1 SIA Registered personnel will be required each Saturday night between 21:00PM - 03:00AM and Wednesday evenings between 21:00PM - 03:00AM (Wednesday are during University Term Time only).
