Description

The National Audit Office (NAO) awarded a contract to Knight Frank LLP using Lot 5: Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders of Crown Commercial Services Estate Management Services framework. Knight Frank LLP will provide independent expert views in valuing land and property to assist NAO in evaluating the appropriateness of the Valuation Office Agency's (VOA) work as Highways England's management expert in relation to land and property valuations. The contract is anticipated to commence on Friday 30th May 2025 for an initial 2-year contract period until Saturday 29th May 2027 with optional 12 months extension until Monday 29th May 2028 The contract value is £150k inclusive of VAT for the duration of the contract.
