Specialist external communications support with national high level public affairs expertise to deliver critical components of the Upstream London strategy launched in November 2024. Key services include - Public Relations (PR) and media support and outreach to high profile national and international speakers at the Innovation Districts Convention in 2026; - Raise profile with national key decisionmakers through a targeted briefing plan; - Secure media opportunities to promote the Council's Industrial Strategy; and - Support with consultation responses, select committee inquiries, and any other relevant policy development activity that helps to promote Hammersmith & Fulham, Upstream London and the interests of residents.
