    "description": "PC would like to install PV panels on the Morgan Centre Community Hall to: \r\n\u2022\tReduce the council\u0027s own emissions. \r\n\u2022\tReduce electricity bills to prevent hirers\u0027 costs from increasing. \r\n\u2022\tSupport the government\u0027s move to green energy and the commitment to reach NetZero by 2050. \r\nAnother tender is currently available for a new roof for the Morgan Centre. CPC would like to remove the existing failing felt and flashings, install insulation, prepare roof structure to hold PV panels for years to come and then install a new roofing layer. \r\nThese tenders are linked with the expectation that contractors will liaise with each other with regards to timings so the scaffolding can be used for both projects and that the load calculations are complete.
