    "description": "The Student and Family Support (SAFS) service supports vulnerable children and young people who have often experienced behavioural, emotional or social difficulties, or a combination of these with a successful reintegration into mainstream education. Students may have become disaffected from education, have low attendance, low self-esteem and/or behavioural issues.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThis agreement will commence on 1st September 2025 and expire on 31st August 2029. This Contract can be extended beyond the initial term for a further 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and agreed costs.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe Maximum Annual Value of the Contract is \u00a3195,521.00 \\r\r\nThe total contract value would be \u00a31,173,126.00 if fully extended. \\r\r\n",
