    "description": "Provider of a Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Change Programme for South Yorkshire.\nThe South Yorkshire Partnership of Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield Councils and the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) are seeking to\ncollaboratively commission a provider/s who can deliver through one contract:\n- A Domestic Abuse (DA) perpetrator behaviour change programme for those aged 16+\n- A Domestic Abuse (DA) Out of Court Resolution programme\n- An integrated victim / survivor support service\n- A county wide training offer\nSYMCA will be the lead commissioner.\nFollowing the Mayoral election in May 2024, the Mayor took on the functions of the Police and Crime Commissioner. These functions include listening to the needs of communities,\nsecuring victim support services, setting the objectives for the police force, and holding the Chief Constable to account.\nThe Provider must be ready to commence delivery of the full service on 1st April 2026. A consortium approach would be considered if more than one provider wishes to work together within the single contract.\nPlease be advised that this contract was referred to as South Yorkshire Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme - Inspire to Change, our reference DN787338 in the previous\nlinked notice.",
