However, we are particularly interested in bids related to community-based support leading to admission avoidance. \nElements of the pathway for which we are seeking bids are as follows: \n\u2022\tIdentification and support for autistic people and people with a learning disability who would be RAG Rated as \u0027Green\u0027 on the Birmingham \u0026 Solihull Dynamic Support Register.\n\u2022\tSupport for children and young people (0-25) who are awaiting a diagnostic assessment for either autism or ADHD (or both).\n\u2022\tReducing health inequalities by improving access and delivery of healthcare services\nEach bid may be for up to a maximum value of \u00a3150,000 for up to 18 months of operation of the project. It may be possible to extend the funding for some projects for a further year. However, any extension, would be subject to the availability of ongoing funding and evaluation of the impact against expectations set out in the bid, in the first year. The bids will need to demonstrate how they will lead to improved benefits for BSOL patients as outlined above.\nPlease submit bids by 5pm on Monday 12th January 2026 to james.lewis25@nhs.net  with subject title of covering email as \"Learning Disability \u0026 Autism Service Development Funding 25/26 Underspend proposal\".",
