Flintshire County Council (for and on behalf of itself and Conwy County Borough Council, Denbighshire County Council, Gwynedd Council and the Isle of Anglesey County Council, together the North Wales Residual Waste Treatment Project ("the Partnership") are seeking, subject to value for money and affordability considerations, a contractor (or contractors) to enter into a contract for the provision of residual waste haulage services (“Services”) from a range of Waste Transfer Station sites across North Wales to the Parc Adfer Energy Recovery Facility at Weighbridge Road, Deeside Industrial Park or other designated delivery point(s).
