RESEARCH OBJECTIVES To meet its adoption target, the programme needs to enhance its understanding of customer needs and motivations. This research will: Identify challenges faced by NHS trusts and explore how the FDP can address them. Assess awareness and understanding of the FDP among trusts. Explore attitudes and sentiment towards the platform, including perceived benefits and drawbacks.
