Lewes District Council and Eastbourne Borough Council are seeking a partner to deliver a comprehensive windows and doors installation and repairs service across their combined housing stock of approximately 6,700 homes. The Councils have a duty to maintain and improve their housing stock to ensure that homes are safe, secure, energy-efficient, and in good condition. One key aspect of this responsibility is the planned replacement of windows and doors as part of an ongoing asset management programme.
