The total combined contract value, including extensions is \u00a32,115,000 for the term of 5 (five) years.\nThe publication of this notice marks the end of the standstill period. Representations by providers were instructed be made to decision makers by midnight 12th December  2025.\nThe service was advertised on the national Find a Tender (FTS) portal on 28th August 2025. The linked tender documentation was issued to bidders on 28th August 2025 with a deadline of 6th October 2025, which included the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) in the form of the Basic Selection Criteria (BSC) and the Invitation to Tender (ITT).\nWithin the ITT documentation, the tender questions were linked back to the five sections of the key criteria under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR), which overall provided the following:\nSection Section Weighting\nTechnical 90%\nValue 10%\nTotal 100%\nThe highest scoring provider was Young Devon (Group).\nPotential conflicts of interest:\nThe SCW procurement team supported the project in the management of conflicts throughout the process. In line with national guidance (Managing conflicts of interest: revised statutory guidance for CCGs 2017) conflicts of interest were given a high priority within the procurement, with \u0027conflicts of interest\u0027 a standing item at project group meetings.\nProject members were required to complete Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality forms prior to receiving any sensitive documentation. All conflicts were appropriately managed within the project, and there are no latent risks associated with the aforementioned conflicts. The number of conflicts of interest identified among group: 0.\nBidders were required to complete Conflict of Interest declarations as part of their bid. They are also under an ongoing obligation to update the Commissioners should any declarations change in the future.\nFor the purposes of where written representations were sought, they were instructed to be sent to the following email address: scwcsu.scwprocurement.devon@nhs.net\nThis exercise was carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner along with the publication of this notice.",
