Lot Description: Newlon Housing Trust has awarded its Repairs and Empty Homes Contract – Lot 1, covering 4,543 properties across Barking & Dagenham, Camden, Enfield, Epping Forest, Haringey, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest and Wealden.
