        "description": "North Yorkshire Council hosts a variety of events throughout the year at a number of venues. Delivery of this service will primarily be in Scarborough and Whitby but could be required across other areas of the county on an ad hoc basis.\nThe aim for this service is to ensure that there is an appropriate level of medical, first aid and ambulance provision at an event to keep attendees safe and minimise the impact on local NHS services.\nThe provider will be required to:\n\u2022 Undertake a medical, ambulance and first aid assessment.\n\u2022 Produce a medical staffing plan prior to each event to ensure that staff are deployed appropriately\n\u2022 Provide medical provision for the full duration of each event, including build up and derig.\nThis notice sets out the intention to conclude a competitive process and award a framework agreement to a single supplier for provision of Event Medical Services. The framework will be in place for a duration of 4 years from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2030 and will be used by North Yorkshire Council only. The maximum framework value will be \u00a3550,000.
