They are available for both straight and curved staircases.\nThrough-Floor Lifts (Home Lifts): Small lifts that travel between floors through an opening in the ceiling/floor. They can often accommodate a wheelchair, providing seamless access between levels.\nHoists:\n\u2022\tMobile Hoists: Portable wheeled devices used with slings to lift and transfer individuals from one place to another (e.g., bed to chair).\n\u2022\tCeiling Hoists: Hoists that run on a track system mounted on the ceiling, providing extensive room coverage for transfers.\n\u2022\tBath Hoists: Specifically designed to lift a person in and out of the bathtub.\nDomestic Lifting Equipment Services\nInstallation: The installation process involves several steps, including initial planning and consultation, site assessment, lift type selection, and pre-installation preparations. Professionals assess the home\u0027s layout, structural limitations, and available space to ensure the lift\u0027s feasibility \nMonitoring Services: Remote and online monitoring services use advanced sensors and data analytics to track the performance, health, and utilization of lifting equipment. These services provide real-time tracking, predictive maintenance, and instant data access for proactive issue resolution and reduced downtime \nRefurbishment: Refurbishing lifting devices involves assessing the condition of the equipment, making necessary repairs or replacements, and testing performance levels to ensure safety standards are met. Comprehensive servicing helps minimize breakdowns and maximize the lifespan of the equipment\nFurthermore, it will include associated services such as new supply connections, general electrical work, and all other maintenance, replacement, and installation activities directly related to the Goods and Services. \nOpen Procedure,\nDynamic Market Membership: No\nSelection Process:\n1.\tMandatory Documents and Certification:\n\u2022\tLegal and financial capacity documents.\n\u2022\tCertifications and declarations of compliance.\n2.\tProcurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ):\n\u2022\tMandatory Questions: Legal, financial, and technical capacity.\n\u2022\tDiscretionary Questions: Past performance, references, and other relevant criteria.\n\u2022\tExclusion Criteria: Both Mandatory and Discretionary\n3.\tTechnical/Quality Questionnaire:\n\u2022\tDetailed questions assessing the supplier\u0027s technical ability and quality assurance measures. \n4.\tPricing Evaluation:\n\u2022\tDetailed breakdown of costs and pricing structure.\n5.\tOverall Threshold: For the Suppliers that pass the PSQ, the combined weighted scores from the Technical/Quality Questionnaire and Pricing Evaluation will provide an overall score.
