    "description": "The aim of this project is to reduce tenancy breakdowns by working directly with Service Users who are utilising the Vale Assisted Tenancy Scheme. (VATS) which is run by the Vale of Glamorgan Council Housing Solutions Team in partnership with designated Private Rented Sector landlords. The service will provide support to ensure that the service users are given the best chance of being able to sustain their Vale Assisted Tenancy, to integrate into the community and maximise their independence. The  successful provider will be expected to provide Three FTE Housing Link Worker for the duration of this service. ",
