    "description": "The Collegiate Trust is a family of schools that exists to improve education in Croydon, Crawley and the surrounding areas for children and young people up to the age of 19.\nThe Trust is tendering their cleaning services in 6 schools in two lots of three schools each with a contract start date of 20th December 2025 and is for an initial three-year term ending on 31st December 2028. \nLot 1\tRiddlesdown Collegiate Secondary, Quest Secondary, Quest Primary (T/O \u00a3570,000 per annum)\nLot 2\tWoodcote Secondary, Courtwood Primary, Kenley Primary (T/O \u00a3260,000 per annum)\nThere is a requirement for termly and annual reviews and a break clause to support both parties should the relationship not prosper. There is an option for a further two years of tenure beyond this date by mutual agreement and the extension is based on qualitative and financial performance.\nThe current contract with Purgo in 6 schools has ended prematurely and the start date of the new contract is the 20th of December 2025. As a result of the challenging timelines, the Trust is using an accelerated competitive flexible process. In this section we include all of the relevant information you will need to prepare your tender response. Some of the LGPS Pensions and the ability to achieve admitted body status with Croydon Pensions is essential.  \nThe Collegiate Trust is looking for a professional cleaning contractor to deliver an excellent level of service throughout the year on all campuses. A working partnership will be essential to support the Trust\u2019s requirement to reduce operating costs moving forward. The projected turnover for the three-year initial term of the contract is expected to be circa \u00a32,490,000 for both lots. Should the Trust not be convinced of this they reserve the right to revert to an \u2018insourced\u2019 solution or post no award for some or all of the schools.",
