A tender submission received that\nexceeds the Maximum Total Annual Budget of\n\u00a3659,151 for either year 1,2 or 3 and the Contract\nvalue of \u00a31,977,453 would be REJECTED.\nThe service to be procured as a competitive tender\nusing the open procedure is classed as a Light\nTouch Contract under the Procurement Act 2023.\nA supplier \"bidders day\" was held on Wednesday 27 August 2025 at 10.30am - 12.00 noon, via Microsoft Teams and gave suppliers an opportunity to ask Procurement and/or the Commissioning area questions in relation to the procurement process.\nSuppliers were requested to have familiarised\nthemselves with the Tender Documents prior to this\nevent to avoid duplicating questions raised\npreviously and already answered. Where a supplier\nwas unable to attend, information was  shared via\nan e-tendering Proactis post, shortly after the event.\nThis included any questions asked and their\nrespective answers.\nSuppliers were still be able to submit pre-tender clarifications after the event in line with the process outlined in the IA3595 ITT\nProcurement Pack.",
