The appointed contractor will support Magna in delivering essential fire safety improvements across its housing stock, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and maintaining safe living environments for residents. \nMagna conducts Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) at intervals ranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the assessed risk level. Risk levels are determined by dwelling type and resident profiles. Following each FRA, Magna reviews and prioritises recommendations, which form the basis of the works required under this contract.
