The project will support the expansion of our operations and enhance the services the community nursery provides..\n2. Scope of Works\n2.1 General Overview\nThe works shall include, but not be limited to:\n- Full site preparation and groundworks\n- Supply and installation of a steel-framed building (13m x 13m)\n- Concrete foundation and floor slab\n- External cladding and roofing\n- Installation of:\n  - One (1) roller shutter door (manual or electric - to be specified)\n  - Multiple PVC windows (size and quantity to be agreed on-site)\n- Internal construction of:\n  - Two (2) separate office rooms\n  - One (1) staff room/breakroom, possibly storage\n- Electrical and lighting installation\n- Roof gutters will feed into a water tank positioned adjacent to the building.\n- Planning services\n- External finishes to match existing surroundings\n4.
