Provider able to demonstrate able to provide service in line with requirements, scoring a \u0027pass\u0027 for each key criteria.\nNPC CIC demonstrated relevant experience and provides resilience and resource in their offer to appropriately dovetail with clinical need in the Secure Service.\nNPC CIC are the current Provider for this Service via a previous urgent award and have a proven ability to provide Primary Care Services to the Northside House Secure population.  NPC CIC demonstrated an ability to deliver face to face sessions with a GP, and provide advice and management of long term conditions, referrals to secondary care via the same pathways as the general public and support with health promotion.\nNo conflicts of interest identified",
