The scope of this contract\nincludes:\n2.1.1 Monitoring, testing, optimisation, planned maintenance \u0026 repair works on the items below:\n\u25aa All plant rooms and services within the boundary of the site including daily vigilance\nchecks, weekly inspections and monthly observation reports. Provision of plantroom\nlogbooks and maintaining plantroom cleanliness.\n\u25aa All boilers for heating and hot water services including gas safety certificates for\nboilers and pipework from meter\n\u25aa Chiller unit and associated air cooled condenser.\n\u25aa All pumps, primary heating, LTHW primary, variable temperature, constant\ntemperature, sectional heating, chilled water pumps and sump pumps.\n\u25aa Chilled water and LTHW water pressurisation units, expansion vessels and buffer\nstorage vessels.\n\u25aa Closed water system sampling and maintenance\n\u25aa All VAV ventilation units, ductwork, extraction fans, filters, grilles, intake louvres and\nair conditioning units.\n\u25aa All air handling units and fan coil units.\n\u25aa All other heating and cooling emitters and associated valves inside the building.\n\u25aa All pipework and that is used as a conduit for water services, space heating, cooling,\nhot water and cold water with all associated gauges and valves.\n\u25aa All drainage pipework within the building, until it meets the first accessible intercept\nor manhole, all saniflow units and pumped drainage, external rainwater drainage\ngulleys around the building perimeter\n\u25aa All internal and external plumbing services including taps, external bib taps, water\ntanks, WCs, calorifiers, sinks, toilets and associated cisterns\n\u25aa All internal and external lighting installations including maintained and non\nmaintained self contained emergency lighting and central battery emergency lighting\ninverters.\n\u25aa Replacement of all internal and external lighting components upon failure such as\nlamps, ballasts, diffusers and drivers.\n\u25aa Repair of all fixed electrical devices and appliances e.g hand dryers\n\u25aa Routine repair of all fixed electrical installations and switchgear\nROYAL HOUSEHOLD PROPERTY SECTION\n0025/PPTO Page 5 of 24\n\u25aa Planned maintenance of electrical switchgear, including power factor correction\nsystem with DNO attendance\n\u25aa Inspection and testing of water and refrigerant leak detection systems.\n\u25aa Water hygiene maintenance in accordance with RHPS Water Risk Assessment Written\nScheme of control including: water tank chlorination, HWS pasteurisation, shower\nhead cleaning, tank inspections, tank sampling, sentinel outlet temperature testing,\nlow use flushing and additional flushing as required by the RHPS legionella sampling\nregime.\n\u25aa All fixed and portable commercial and domestic kitchen equipment, including gas\nsafety certificates, stop button and ventilation interlock testing.\n\u25aa All services within and attached to the Security Gate Lodge, which includes a vehicle\nbarrier, pedestrian gate release system, vehicle gate height alarm, CCTV system and\nthe intruder alarm system.\n\u25aa All services in the Queen Alexandra Memorial on Marlborough Road.\nTo view this notice, please click here: \nhttps://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=996056076",
