The systems are complex and have specific supporting software. \nThe flyte pumps were installed by Xylem. Xylem headquarters are in England, with a regional Belfast Office. \nDuring the construction Phase, NIFRS visited similar facilitates in Pinkston, Glasgow and Lee Valley White Water Recreational Centre. Both facilities have similar pumps installed. The lessons learned from these visits were that when the facilities opted for an alternative maintenance supplier, then there were significant issues with the pumps malfunctioning. \nGiven the Geographical location, it is proposed that the maintenance services are provided by Xylem Belfast Office who can offer a local response.",
