    "description": "Kent County Council (KCC) wishes to inform the market of its intention to  extend Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the Wellbeing Services in the Community contracts for a maximum period of 12 months, with a variation to reduce the scope.\nThese extensions will commence on 01 April 2026 and run through to 31 March 2027.\nAt the same time, KCC is in the early stages of reprocuring wellbeing services, which will involve market and stakeholder engagement  to shape the future service model.     "procurementMethodRationale": "Kent County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to extend two contracts for the provision of Wellbeing Services in the Community for a period of 12 months with a reduction of scope which will commence on 01 April 2026.\nThese extensions ensures continuity of provision while allowing sufficient time for a new procurement to develop a modern, integrated wellbeing offer that meets the needs of Kent residents.\nIn accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015, the Council will observe a standstill period of 10 calendar days commencing on the date of publication of this notice.\nOnce the standstill period has concluded without any legal challenge being raised, the Council will proceed to extend the contract for the specified term.\nAny representations during the standstill period should be submitted to: cpd-peopleteam@kent.gov.uk",
