Their\nnetwork-specific expertise and operation of the\nestablished network infrastructure in Coventry are\nkey factors in ensuring the success of this project.\n\u2022 Integration and minimal disruption: CDEC\u0027s\nexpertise and experience in the operation of the\nexisting CDEN ensures that the connection of\nuniversity buildings can be achieved in an efficient\nand timely manner, minimising potential disruption\nduring the construction phase and in the case of\nany future maintenance requirements.\n\u2022 Time critical delivery: the university has set\nstringent timelines for the project completion\n(design commencing August 2024, phased\ninstallation from February 2025 to February 2026)\nto ensure compliance with the PSDS funding\nrequirements.
