The intention is to publish this notice so providers who can deliver all of these services are able to express their interest.\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eThe Provider must provide the following clinical services:\u003cbr/\u003eOrthopaedic surgery\u003cbr/\u003eGynaecology surgery\u003cbr/\u003eNeurology outpatient and some treatments\u003cbr/\u003eEndoscopic procedures\u003cbr/\u003eBreast (chest wall surgery)\u003cbr/\u003eUrology procedures\u003cbr/\u003eCardiology Echo and Holter examinations\u003cbr/\u003eSpinal surgery\u003cbr/\u003eENT procedures\u003cbr/\u003eDermatology outpatient and minor procedures\u003cbr/\u003ePlastics\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eThe provider must\u003cbr/\u003eHave a minimum of 2 theatres\u003cbr/\u003eBe able to mobilise the services and provide capacity within 2 weeks of confirmation of award\u003cbr/\u003eBe able a local provider to minimise transport for patients for mobility and financial reasons.\u003cbr/\u003eHave Fixed site diagnostics (including xray, CT and MRI)\u003cbr/\u003eEmploy Staff locally with opportunities for apprenticeship\u003cbr/\u003eBe CQC registered\u003cbr/\u003eProvide plans to be carbon neutral by 2040\u003cbr/\u003eProvide modern slavery policies\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eOnly providers who are able to provide all the appropriately qualified, experienced and skilled staff will be considered. This is a key requirement. All staff must have the suitable skills, qualifications and competencies to undertake the specified work. All staff who work under the provider must possess the appropriate qualification/certification, Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and possess prior NHS experience.
