The SPD sets Minimum Standards that suppliers must achieve. Within each submitted SPD response, Tenderers should note the following selection criteria :\n1 It is a mandatory requirement that the tenderer holds Umbraco Gold or Platinum certification. Copies of certificates must be provided with the tender submission. Lower or alternative certification shall not be considered;\n2 That they hold full ISO27001 accreditation, or equivalent. Copies of certification must be provided with the tender submission;\n3 That their insurance cover meets the following levels:\nEmployer\u2019s Compulsory Liability Insurance (GBP10 million)\nProfessional Indemnity Insurance (GBP5 million)\nPublic Liability Insurance (GBP10 million)",
