Description

SRUC is looking to update its current external website CMS, Umbraco, to the latest version available as well as rebuild elements within it in order to take full advantage of the updated system. Key objectives for this contract include, but are not limited to: 1 mitigation of cyber security risk; 2 enhanced website performance; 3 improved user experience and accessibility; 4 improved brand consistency, uniformity, and alignment site-wide best value for money in terms of acquisition and maintenance of the upgraded website; 5 a solution that supports SRUC’s net zero aspirations and Scope 3 carbon reporting.

Lot Description: SRUC is looking to update its current external website CMS, Umbraco, to the latest version available as well as rebuild elements within it in order to take full advantage of the updated system. Key objectives for this contract include, but are not limited to: 1 mitigation of cyber security risk; 2 enhanced website performance; 3 improved user experience and accessibility; 4 improved brand consistency, uniformity, and alignment site-wide best value for money in terms of acquisition and maintenance of the upgraded website; 5 a solution that supports SRUC’s net zero aspirations and Scope 3 carbon reporting. Each Tenderer must complete and submit along with their tender the Single Procurement Document (Scotland) (SPD). The SPD sets Minimum Standards that suppliers must achieve. Within each submitted SPD response, Tenderers should note the following selection criteria : 1 It is a mandatory requirement that the tenderer holds Umbraco Gold or Platinum certification. Copies of certificates must be provided with the tender submission. Lower or alternative certification shall not be considered; 2 That they hold full ISO27001 accreditation, or equivalent. Copies of certification must be provided with the tender submission; 3 That their insurance cover meets the following levels: Employer’s Compulsory Liability Insurance (GBP10 million) Professional Indemnity Insurance (GBP5 million) Public Liability Insurance (GBP10 million)
