The outreach provider will also build partnerships with employers, job centres, and local networks to extend the programme\u2019s reach and sustainability. This work contributes to reducing health inequalities through targeted, culturally competent engagement. The Community Outreach Programme will be delivered alongside a large-scale communications campaign across digital, outdoor media channels.",
