It is the intention of the Town Council to assess the tender submissions through the use of a quality matrix weighted, 70% to the written submission and 30% to the interview.\nWeston-super-Mare Town Council are using a Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 - UK4 - Tender Notice.
