We expect to be able to raise requests, discuss requirements directly with an account or project manager or technical resource, and have access to a pool of skilled technical professionals to deliver the necessary work in a timely manner.\nThis tender is being issued to procure an organisation to provide these services under a managed arrangement. The contract will include both planned development activity and reactive support aligned to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nThe successful organisation will be able to provide all essential requirements and as many of the desirable requirements as possible.\nThe initial term of this contract will be 24 months with an option to extend a further 12 months subject to review and agreement by both parties.",
