All tenders will be assessed against a set criteria (see documents attached).\r\nStage two: Up to 4 companies will be invited to  present proposals in person or via zoom. With the winning bid to be confirmed by 14th April 2025. Site visits are advised and appointments should be arranged with jane.anderson@hatfield-herts.gov.uk",
