Contractor will need to allow for disposal of existing, cutting back vegetation in addition to providing herras fencing so that appropriate segregation can be assured and to safely access working areas. \nOperatives will need to hold valid enhanced DBS certificates in good time prior to commencing. Copies for management and regular site operatives MUST be provided should your tender be of interest. \nNote: In order for a Contractors tender submission to be valid they MUST return a completed Tender Form, Pricing Document and SQ document. The Contractor MUST pass the relevant questions within the SQ in order for their submission to be deemed VALID.",
