The initial contract period will be 11 months from 28/07/2025 to 30/06/2026, with options to extend for a further 2 periods of 6 months each.Total estimated contract value is \u00a34,500 for the initial term and up to \u00a39,600 including the extension options.The contract award decision will be made by the senior managers of the Head \u0026 Neck and Plastics care group, procurement, contracting and commissioning teams and appropriate Trust executive team members."
