    "procurementMethodRationale": "CFRS has been working with Gartan Technologies Limited for a number of years for the provision of Rostering and Availability and these modules are fully embedded into the other Authority interdependent systems for example Mobilising System.  CFRS now intends to include as an additional module a payroll system designed specifically for fire and rescue services as this will directly link to the Availability module and pull all relevant information. At this point a new contract will commence for 44 months and will move the current hosted system to a Cloud based solution.",
