This contract has now been formally awarded using the Most Suitable Provider process.\nThis Notice is published as a corrigendum to the Contract Award Notice (2025/S 000-044392) to confirm the Authority\u0027s award of this contract to Solihealth Ltd. \nThe contract was awarded 24 July 2025. \nThe most relevant CPV code is 85323000-9\nThe approximate lifetime value of the contract comprising initial term of 6 months from 15th September to 14 March 2026 is \u00a385,000. This is a pilot and there is no options to extend.\nNo representations from other suppliers were received during the standstill period.\nThe contract is to carry out a 6-month pilot of an Enhanced Health Check service model in Solihull, described below.\nThe Enhanced Health Check service model pilot comprises:\n1. NHS health checks\nTo undertake a targeted approach to work on behalf of all practices in Solihull to increase the uptake and delivery of NHS health checks. The provider will require access to all clinical systems and will agree with practices a process to undertake the following:\n\u2022 Case finding\n\u2022 All communication with patients (invitations to health check appointment, query handling)\n\u2022 Patient follow up\nAll health checks will be undertaken by qualified HCAs, using Point of Care Testing equipment to enable results to be discussed at the health check appointment.\n2. Post health check GP appointments\nTo develop/use an escalation criteria to identify patients who would benefit from GP intervention following an NHS health check. Where the criteria is met, patients will be offered a GP appointment/s where the following will be undertaken:\n\u2022 Initiation of treatment\n\u2022 Stabilisation of treatment\n\u2022 Health promotion\n3. Access to complimentary services\nTo work with other services to ensure that patients have the opportunity to access complimentary services where appropriate.\nThis contract is to carry out a pilot and will not extend beyond 6 months duration. Once concluded, an evaluation of the pilot will be used to inform future service design and delivery.",
