Teignbridge District Council (TDC) has submitted a detailed Planning Application for 23 new flats within a multi-storey apartment block, together with associated highway works and external works. TDC are seeking a Design and Build Constructor via a Single Stage Tender who would be responsible for delivering this scheme in line with the planning and design criteria as set out in the attached Employer's Requirements including achieving Passivhaus Plus Certification of the dwellings. Currently the site has conditional planning permission, and the successful tenderer would be required to continue dialogue with the Local Planning Authority and TDC to discharge the planning conditions. Design and Build Contractors have been invited to tender on this opportunity and are required to submit their responses, queries and questions via the Proactis Pro-Contract system www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk .
