    "description": "Requirement Description: The Council needs to increase the supply and use of appropriate temporary accommodation both at scale and pace, to alleviate bed and breakfast (B\u0026B) and hotel cost pressures. One option being pursued as part of a wider B\u0026B reduction plan is the use of block accommodation with on-site housing support that will enable the Council to provide more suitable accommodation to those who are homeless, whilst being better value than the use of B\u0026B accommodation. Liverpool City Council is seeking a provider to deliver the on site support to increase and further develop long term independent living skills, reducing the cycle of repeat homelessness.
