This will be done through testing an expanded primary care based model which optimises the physiological function of people living with cancer before treatment.  \nThe pre-habilitation element of this service will enable people to prepare for treatment by improving their health and fitness, then complimented by the rehabilitation element, aims to accelerate post treatment/surgery recovery, reduce the likelihood or impact of any complications experienced afterward and improve their ongoing quality of life.",
