Introduction\nBrewood and Coven Parish Council (\"the Council\") invites tenders for the supply and installation of perimeter fencing around the football ground located at Brewood Sports Ground, Engleton Lane, Brewood, ST19 9JE. The fencing is required to ensure safety, security, and to define a clear boundary of the site.\nA site visit must be arranged with the Clerk prior to submission of a quotation. Award of the contract is subject to successful grant application and the availability of funding.\n2. Scope of Works\n\u2022\tSupply all necessary fencing materials and equipment.\n\u2022\tInstall fencing around two sides of the perimeter of the football ground, including two lockable gates.\n\u2022\tRemove and dispose of any old or existing fencing (if applicable).\n\u2022\tEnsure installation meets relevant safety and quality standards.\n\u2022\tLeave the site clean and tidy upon completion.\n3. Fencing Requirements\n\u2022\tHeight: Minimum 1.8 metres.\n\u2022\tMaterial: Galvanised steel mesh or similar durable and secure material.\n\u2022\tFinish: Powder coated (green or black preferred).\n\u2022\tPosts: Steel posts set in concrete at appropriate intervals.\n\u2022\tAccess: At least one gated access point (lockable), suitable for maintenance vehicle entry.\n\u2022\tCompliance: Must comply with relevant British Standards for sports ground fencing (e.g. BS EN 1176, BS 1722 where applicable).\n4. Contractor Requirements\n\u2022\tHold valid public liability insurance (minimum \u00a35 million).\n\u2022\tProvide evidence of relevant experience with similar fencing projects.\n\u2022\tSupply risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) prior to work commencing.\n\u2022\tEnsure all work is conducted in accordance with Health \u0026 Safety regulations.\n5. Timescale\nThe work must be completed within 8 weeks of contract award.\nWork should be scheduled to minimise disruption to community use of the football ground.\n6.
