    "description": "Tees Valley Combined Authority (the \u0027Contracting Authority\u0027) part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group have awarded a contract for the provision of Local Growth Plan Capacity and Investment Pipeline Development.\nThe consultant shall use existing mechanisms (e.g. meetings, gatherings, groups, networks) and, where necessary, facilitate a series of accessible engagement events with identified stakeholders to test our economic growth ambitions, narrative and to inform policy proposals to realise these, in addition to understanding how best to continue engagement throughout the Local Growth Plan\u0027s lifespan and as we move into delivery. The consultant shall also develop and test a robust, effective and accessible investment pipeline to attract public and private investment across our region, which will inform the future Tees Valley Investment Plan and be in a format which can be easily updated by TVCA in the future. \nThe commencement date of this contract was 1st September 2025, however the contract was signed on 7th October 2025.",
