    "description": "Leicestershire County Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Providers to its Minor Works Framework.\nThe scope of the Minor Works Framework: Construction 2024 is building (including newbuild), extension refurbishment, adaptation and associated works to the Client\u2019s own\nproperties and to properties of Customers, further specified in the Framework Scope. The Customer work is to generate income for the Client so it may subsidise its public service commitments. This income comes from the Fee, payable by the Contractor when Other Contracting Bodies call off from the Framework Agreement and is further detailed at Clause 3.7 of the Framework Agreement.\nFor clarity, there is no Fee payable when the Client calls off from the Framework Agreement.
