"description": "It is the Council\u0027s intention to award at a maximum 5 contracts per Lot to the most suitable suppliers in the market and to appoint them onto a Framework Agreement, of which we will call off services via either Direct Award or Mini Competitions. Bidders may bid for any number and all Lots and may be awarded a place on any and all Lots. Should you bid for multiple lots please ensure that you complete all parts of the submission requirements for each Lot. \nTo be considered for the framework bidders must achieve a minimum score of 65%\nThe 5 highest scoring bidders will be appointed to their respective Lot.
