    "description": "ALL YEAR ROUND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE CONTRACT 2026-2029\nIlkley Town Council invites suitable contractors to submit a tender for a three-year maintenance contract for the Jubilee lighting scheme in Ilkley.\nThe Council is looking for a supplier who will:\n-\tConduct monthly inspection of the Jubilee Lighting Scheme located on The Grove, Brook Street, Mill Ghyll and Station Road, Ilkley, West Yorkshire.\n-\tComplete any maintenance work that may be required during that month (to include the replacement of any broken sets of lights, replacement fuses, transformers, quickfix leads etc).\n-\tProvide a maintenance report along with their invoice at the conclusion of each monthly inspection detailing all work that has been undertaken\n-\tCarry out any maintenance deemed as necessary to ensure that all lighting is in good working order at all times throughout the year.\n-\tReview the time at which the lighting is switched on/off throughout the year.\n-\tComplete any other tasks which the parties may agree on.\nDocuments can be found at: Contracts and Tenders | Ilkley Town Council or obtained from the Clerk.\nDeadline for the receipt of submissions is: noon, Tuesday 14th October 2025\nThe Clerk\nIlkley Town Council\n2nd Floor,\n17 The Grove,\nIlkley,\nLS29 9LW\nEmail: clerk@ilkleytowncouncil.gov.uk",
