This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The Primary Care Commissioning and Performance Board (PCCPB) for Birmingham and Solihull ICB approved the framework for the 2025/26 Enhanced Service Offer on 11 February 2025. Conflicts of interest are declared at every PCCPB meeting and there is a standing conflict declared for Dr Mike Baker, ICB Clinical Director and GP.",
