This intervention is an important strand under\nStrategic Priority 2 of the ABC LMP Action Plan 2025/2026: To improve employability\noutcomes and/or labour market conditions locally.\nCollaborative bids which demonstrate experience are welcome. The successful delivery\npartner or collaboration partners will have extensive experience in the field of engaging\ncommunity and industry effectively to make a difference in Employability and Skills\noutcomes. This should include training provision relating to communication, skills and\nconfidence building. Experience engaging with employers and/or the business community\nis also a requirement. Should demand/budget increase contractors must have the\ncapacity to increase delivery. Flexibility, creativity and adaptability will be of critical\nimportance to achieve the desired outputs of this programme to help develop a pipeline of\npeople with the right skills to meet industry needs",
