  "description": "NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board have awarded a time limited (3 years and 1 month) contract for the provision of Audiology Services, to OutsideClinic Limited under urgent circumstances.\nIn April 2025, Outside Clinic provided notice of their intention to withdraw from NHS Frimley ICB service provision. This urgent award is limited to patient pathway completion (including aftercare) for the following groups of patients only: \n1) new referrals for patients registered with any Frimley ICB GP Practice received up to and including 18th July 2025; \n2) Frimley ICB patients already in the pathway; \n3) Frimley ICB patients who are accepted onto the pathway by the end of the business day on 31st July 2025; \n4) Frimley ICB patients who have already started their aftercare pathway. \nOnly the aftercare aspects of the pathway will be provided after 31st July 2025.\nThis urgent award sets out the terms under which Frimley ICB patients are able to complete their pathways and access aftercare.\nThe decision to award the contract was approved by NHS Frimley ICB\u0027s Provider Selection and Contracting Group (PSCG).\nThere were no declarations of conflict as part of this process.\nThis is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.",
